IMA is seeking an AI Fellow embedded within Human Resources to help accelerate our People + AI transformation—redefining how we work, scale, and deliver our associate experience and business growth through our people systems.
As a full-time summer HR AI Fellow you will build, test, and deploy real AI-enabled solutions that improve manager and HR productivity, enhance decision-making, and free up capacity for higher-value work across the organization.
You will operate at the intersection of workforce strategy, HR operations, talent management, and applied AI.
The Fellow will leave a measurable, operational impact on how HR works at IMA.

Compensation: $20-40/hour (based on experience)
