Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
- Develop and manage integrations with DynamoDB and other data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
- Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best development practices.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
- Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring.
