NetSuite Developer

True Classic is hiring a NetSuite Developer to take ownership of supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP ecosystem and related integrations. This role will support and optimize enterprise systems and integrations, ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and scalable business processes across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and solutions-oriented and can drive technical execution, troubleshoot complex integrations, and scale ERP capabilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

All of True Classic’s roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and sales and marketing channels. This role will have impact across DTC, retail, wholesale, marketplaces, and emerging channels, ensuring strategic alignment and executional rigor across the enterprise.

Areas of Accountability

NetSuite Development & Customization

  • Develop and maintain NetSuite SuiteScripts including Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and RESTlets
  • Create and manage NetSuite customizations including custom records, fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and reports
  • Automate business processes and enhance NetSuite functionality to support operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues while providing timely support to end users

Integration Management

  • Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems using Celigo iPaaS
  • Monitor Celigo integration flows and resolve data or synchronization errors
  • Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to develop new integration workflows as business needs evolve

Amazon Seller Central & Ecommerce Integrations

  • Support integrations between Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Celigo, and NetSuite
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of orders, inventory, fulfillment, and financial data
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing marketplace and ecommerce integrations
  • Understand and manage end-to-end ecommerce data flows across systems

System Optimization & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions
  • Support data integrity and process improvement initiatives across ERP and ecommerce systems
  • Stay current on NetSuite best practices, platform enhancements, and related technologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and operational performance

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to support system enhancements and process optimization
  • Work with ecommerce and marketplace teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow across platforms
  • Collaborate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external integration partners to ensure alignment, system reliability, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript (JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite customizations including custom records, fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and reports
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting ERP systems and integrations
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and experience using Celigo iPaaS
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, particularly Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integration platforms, specifically Celigo
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and web services
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment
  • Experience optimizing and maintaining ecommerce and marketplace integrations
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central data flows and NetSuite synchronization processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, sales, and ecommerce teams

Workplace Arrangement

This role is hybrid and requires 3x per week in our Calabasas, CA office
