Administrative Business Partner - Security

Palantir · Palo Alto, CA

A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

Our Administrative Business Partners do more than support leaders, they are operational force multipliers for some of the busiest and most impactful teams at Palantir. We build trusted relationships, anticipate needs before they arise, and create systems that help teams move faster with greater clarity, precision, and leverage.

We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and intellectually curious operator who is excited to grow beyond traditional administrative support. The strongest candidates will bring exceptional judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to learn how AI agents and automation can improve team operations. You will work closely with leaders, teammates, engineering partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Security organization runs smoothly, communicates effectively, and scales intelligently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to leaders and teams within Palantir’s Security function.
  • Support Security team programs, including onboarding, internal events, offsites, people processes, awareness campaigns, training rollouts, and recurring communications.
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting preparation, travel, expenses, budgets and internal operating cadences.
  • Handle sensitive communications, materials, and operational details with excellent judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Identify operational problems, diagnose root causes, and drive solutions to completion.
  • Partner with teammates, stakeholders, and engineering counterparts to identify, configure, and improve AI-enabled workflows for repeatable coordination tasks.
  • Work autonomously while adapting quickly as team needs, tools, and operating systems evolve.
  • What We Value

  • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion, especially when handling confidential, restricted, or sensitive information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and act autonomously without waiting for direction.
  • A high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to work thoughtfully with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, external contacts, and teammates.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting as systems, priorities, and team needs evolve.
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational leverage.
  • Willingness to learn about information security concepts, priorities, and operating models.
  • What We Require

  • 2+ years of previous administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, competing priorities, and time-sensitive requests.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with domestic and international travel coordination.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort preparing materials, summaries, communications, or reports.
  • Interest in using AI tools, agents, or automation to improve operational workflows; prior experience with AI-enabled tools is helpful but not required.
