This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance professional to play a key role in complex financial consolidation initiatives within a dynamic consulting environment. The position focuses on delivering robust consolidation solutions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting critical financial closing processes for enterprise clients. You will work on strategic projects involving SAP consolidation platforms, collaborating closely with finance, controlling, audit, and technical teams. The role offers exposure to multinational business environments, sophisticated financial structures, and transformation programs. Ideal candidates will combine strong SAP expertise with deep accounting knowledge and a consultative approach to problem-solving. This position provides long-term project stability and opportunities to contribute to high-impact financial and technology initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP EC-CS or SEM-BCS solutions for legal and management consolidation processes.
- Execute and review intercompany eliminations, including revenues, expenses, accounts payable and receivable balances, and inventory profit eliminations.
- Configure investment eliminations and equity method accounting processes.
- Ensure accurate currency conversion to group reporting currencies and maintain closing process integrity.
- Gather business requirements and prepare Business Blueprint (BBP) documentation, WRICEF specifications, and related project deliverables.
- Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to validate consolidated financial statements and support audit requirements.
- Document system configurations, processes, and controls to ensure traceability, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FI/CO modules.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial consolidation processes.
- Participation in a minimum of two full-cycle SAP EC-CS and/or SEM-BCS implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-PA, CO-CCA, FI-SL, BW, and the ability to interpret ABAP code when required.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and Brazilian accounting standards, including IFRS 10/CPC 36, IFRS 3/CPC 15, IAS 21/CPC 02, and IAS 28/CPC 18.
- Experience supporting intercompany reconciliation, consolidation reporting, currency conversion, and equity accounting processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP BPC, SAP Finance Consolidation certifications, Group Reporting migrations, international operations, or postgraduate studies in Controllership or IFRS will be considered a strong advantage.
