Responsibilities:
Be the leader everyone looks up to, setting the bar high for performance.
Run those shifts like a boss – making sure the team is where they need to be, serving up top-notch hospitality, and sticking to Buck Mason's drink and food game plan.
Help whip our newbies into shape and keep the veterans up to date with the latest and greatest offerings.
Keep operations in check, making sure everyone is playing it safe.
Give your team the lowdown on what's working and what could be even better with some timely feedback.
Keep your coffee knowledge sharp through tastings, cuppings, and training sessions.
Whip up those delicious drinks and bites to our high-quality standards.
Make sure everyone's playing nice and safe.
Qualifications
At least one year experience of leading a team.
Possess a Food Safety Certification or ready to snag it within 30 days post-hire.
You're a math and computer whiz.
Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays
