About Us:

At Liatrio, we don't just ship software — we enable real transformation.

We help large enterprises break free from legacy systems and truly enable AI across their organizations. We design and deliver secure, scalable, agentic AI-native platforms that reshape how teams build, deliver, and thrive at scale.

We live this every day by embedding deeply with clients to drive meaningful AI enablement — accelerating modernization, reducing risk, and creating lasting competitive advantage through production-grade AI systems. We use tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex daily to move faster and deliver better outcomes.

If you're a hands-on engineer who leads with AI and drives lasting change, this is where you belong.

What You'll Do:

Delivery Excellence and Strategy

  • Own engagement delivery — accountable for execution of contractual obligations, delivery quality across all workstreams, and an excellent client experience from kickoff through completion
  • Ideate with clients on how to progress and solution the engagement — facilitating discovery and value stream mapping where appropriate, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities, and co-creating the delivery approach with client stakeholders rather than simply executing what's handed to you
  • Contribute to and evolve the overall strategy for the engagement — working closely with account leads, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure delivery stays aligned to business outcomes and AI transformation goals
  • Drive AI-first delivery — champion the integration of AI into engineering workflows, delivery pipelines, and client operations; help clients understand what AI-native ways of working look like in practice and build toward them
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices, organizational change, and delivery strategy — guide clients through transformation, remove impediments, and advocate for what's right even when it's hard
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at the senior stakeholder level — own the day-to-day relationship, anticipate what clients need, and make sure they always know where things stand
  • Maintain weekly and monthly updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder check-ins — surface risks early, manage expectations proactively, and keep leadership informed
  • Operate Liatrio’s delivery methodology (LDM), LIFT framework, and engagement health instruments — including RAID logs, CSAT and NPS cadences, and the engagement health signals tracked in Liatrio Lens (delivery milestones, outcomes, stakeholder relationships, RAID, LDM health)
  • Validate SOWs, resource forecasts, and invoicing accuracy
  • Bring a delivery lens to sales — identify expansion opportunities, contribute to pre-sales pursuits, co-shape SOWs alongside account leads, and help position Liatrio for long-term partnership
  • Champion Liatrio’s delivery culture across engagements — recognition, feedback, retros, and team rituals that compound trust over the life of an engagement
  •

    Team Leadership and Development

    • Lead cross-functional engagement teams of 4-8 — including engineers, technical leads, and other delivery roles — accountable for team morale, well-being, and performance whether through direct or matrixed reporting relationships
    • Provide weekly 1:1s, real-time feedback, and formal monthly and bi-annual reviews — focused on real growth, not just assessment
    • Support engineers at the first signs of struggle and balance delivery demands with individual capacity
    • Identify and map team capabilities to client needs; advise on hiring, onboarding, and rotation to keep teams healthy and prevent burnout
    •

      Liatrio Growth

      • Leverage engagement insights to build accelerators and Liatrio IP that benefit future engagements
      • Actively contribute to how Liatrio thinks about delivery excellence and AI-first transformation
      • Contribute beyond your engagement — participate in the Delivery Leader community, mentor peers, support onboarding of new delivery leaders, and contribute to internal products and offsite content where you have something to add
      •

Experience & Skills:

Delivery Leadership

  • You've been the accountable delivery leader on large, complex enterprise engagements — not in an advisory capacity, but as the person responsible for outcomes across teams, workstreams, and client relationships
  • You know how to ideate with clients — you've run value stream mapping sessions, facilitated discovery, identified where the real bottlenecks are, and helped organizations understand what needs to change and why before jumping to solutions
  • You've led large enterprise DevOps and technology transformation programs — multi-team, multi-workstream, with the organizational friction, competing priorities, and legacy constraints that come with large organizations that have been operating the same way for years
  • You know how to read an engagement — you spot misalignment, delivery risk, team strain, and client dissatisfaction early, and you know how to address each one before they escalate
  • You've built and maintained strong client relationships at the senior stakeholder level — the kind built on trust and credibility, not just rapport
  • You've managed delivery at scale — keeping quality high, risk visible, and the team moving without burning people out
  • You've managed the commercial side of engagements — SOW accountability, resource forecasting, invoice accuracy, and the overall health of what you're responsible for
  •

    Knowledge and AI Transformation

    • You have solid working knowledge of the modern delivery stack — DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, observability, and application development/modernization — enough to have credible conversations with your team and your clients about what's being built and why it matters
    • You've championed the integration of AI into delivery workflows and engineering teams in real enterprise environments and can speak to what works in practice and what doesn't
    • You can have a credible conversation with client leadership about what AI-first delivery actually means — what the realistic path looks like and what organizational changes are required to get there
    • You actively use AI tools as part of how you work and champion their adoption with your team
