We’re actively interviewing for Canvassers to support lead generation and neighborhood outreach throughout Mentor and surrounding communities including Willoughby, Painesville, Eastlake, Wickliffe, Euclid, Chardon, Mayfield Heights, Lyndhurst, Cleveland Heights, Lake County, and nearby Northeast Ohio areas.
What You'll Do:
Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
Share information about Window Nation’s replacement window and door products
Follow simple presentations and talking points provided during training
Represent Window Nation at local events, community festivals, and retail activations
Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for the sales team
Deliver excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions professionally
Work outdoors while walking and standing for portions of your shift
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of work experience
Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, door-to-door outreach, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable starting conversations with new people
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Standard Schedule:
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
