At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Developer (.Net/Python) to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Sr. Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced software solutions utilizing .NET and Python. Your expertise will be essential in driving our projects forward within a diverse team committed to excellence. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI applications, you will help shape the future of our products in a dynamic landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET or Python.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
  • Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Implement best practices in clean code and design patterns to enhance software quality.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide troubleshooting support in production environments.
  • Design and integrate cloud services using Microsoft Azure to optimize application architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in development with .NET and Python.
  • Experience with LLMs and applications of generative AI.
  • Strong command of programming paradigms, including:
    • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    • Functional Programming
  • Familiarity with clean code practices and design patterns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including architecture and cloud service integration.
  • Knowledge in developing and maintaining unit tests and automated tests.
  • Proficiency in code versioning using Git.
  • Experience with code review, troubleshooting, and technical support in production environments.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with distributed architecture, microservices, and APIs.
  • Exposure to data projects, analytics, or AI-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
