The Deployment Field Enablement Manager establishes and governs scalable installation standards, technical training, and field readiness programs across NAM deployment operations. This role ensures internal teams and integrator partners are equipped to execute consistent, high-quality installations that improve deployment efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance customer outcomes. By driving deployment governance, technician certification, and continuous improvement, this role strengthens field execution quality across deployment programs.
Responsibilities:
•Own and govern deployment installation standards, ensuring scalable, repeatable execution across NAM deployment programs.
•Develop and deliver structured installation training programs for internal deployment team and integrator organizations.
•Ensure integrator technicians are properly trained, certified, and prepared before being deployed to customer sites.
•Create and maintain installation playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures for deployment execution.
•Partner with Deployment and Engineering teams to define installation methodologies for new deployment programs.
•Establish governance processes that guide field execution, including installation checklists, site check-in procedures, and post-install verification steps.
•Support integrators in training their technicians to ensure consistent field execution and adherence to Coates standards.
•Conduct periodic training refreshers, audits, and field feedback reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
•Analyze deployment performance data, field feedback, and installation outcomes to drive continuous improvement in deployment standards and technician readiness.
•Develop and enforce deployment governance frameworks, including SOPs, installation playbooks, field audits, and compliance mechanisms.
•Provide technical support and guidance to deployment teams and integrators when installation challenges arise.
Qualifications:
•5+ years experience in deployment operations, field enablement, technical training, or large-scale installation program management
•Strong technical understanding of hardware deployment, installation processes, and field service operations.
•Experience developing and delivering technical training programs for field technicians or service partners.
•Experience implementing governance processes, SOPs, or compliance frameworks
•Experience developing scalable deployment standards across distributed teams or third-party networks
•Experience supporting large-scale deployment or installation programs.
•Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, repeatable installation procedures and training materials.
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Deployment, and Program Management teams.
