We’re looking for a Customer Lifecycle Automation Specialist to join Omnisend's Product Communications team that keeps our clients up to date on product updates, simplifies complex technical information, and develops educational content to drive product adoption and customer retention.

In this role, you will build and optimize automated lifecycle flows that guide Omnisend customers through every stage of their journey — owning the logic, triggers, and personalization that turn customer behavior into timely, relevant communication.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows across customer lifecycle stages

  • Design clear automation logic (triggers, conditions, delays) based on user behavior and product usage

  • Create and manage transactional communication tied to key user events;

  • Own the lifecycle communication shift to AI-driven personalization, tailoring lifecycle messages to each user, not just to segments.

  • Implement segmentation using user attributes and behavioral data;

  • Collaborate closely with product and data teams on events, triggers, and segmentation;

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing assets;

  • Own reporting of automated lifecycle flows

  • Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in lifecycle / CRM / email automation marketing with a track record of driving measurable results

  • Solid understanding of user attributes, behavioral events, and segmentation

  • Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows

  • Familiarity with AI automation tools, API integrations, or light scripting/coding.

  • Ability to connect data across tools and think in terms of systems and workflows

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;

  • Experience in SaaS environment is a strong advantage
