Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in ongoing Endpoint Engineering initiatives, taking ownership of projects from design through production deployment. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead critical engineering and architecture initiatives aligned with Enterprise Technology Services strategic objectives
  • Design, implement, and support new and existing systems management technologies
  • Ensure systems management solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and supportability requirements
  • Drive a high-quality end-user experience and meet internal client expectations
  • Create, maintain, and review technical and operational documentation
  • Provide engineering-level escalation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices across the organization
  • Contribute to the evolution and optimization of enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure

Required Experience

  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Required Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • Experience managing desktop, laptop, and server hardware within enterprise environments
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including event log analysis, SysInternals tools, and memory dump analysis
  • Experience with automation technologies and processes
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Ability to design technical solutions that address complex business requirements
  • Experience creating technical documentation, engineering designs, and operational runbooks
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows and application patching/servicing
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
  • Experience with large-scale operating system, software, and patch deployment solutions in globally distributed organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise management and monitoring tools such as AppSense and Splunk
  • Experience with system lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of security technologies related to endpoint lifecycle management, including device decommissioning and secure data sanitization
