The position is focused on producing high-impact research that shapes how global technology leaders design, build, and scale AI-native software systems across the full software development lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating complex technical trends into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions worldwide. The role blends deep technical expertise with forward-looking market analysis, public speaking, and executive engagement at conferences and client events. You will also contribute to shaping industry thinking on AI-driven development, agentic systems, and modern software architecture. Accountabilities:
- Develop and publish high-impact, “must-have” research focused on AI, software engineering, and AI-native development practices for global technology leaders.
- Analyze emerging technology and market trends, including AI agents, LLMs, and coding copilots, to identify strategic implications for enterprise software development.
- Advise clients directly through executive briefings, on-site engagements, and global conferences, helping them translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Reframe complex client challenges by identifying root causes and recommending future-ready approaches to software architecture and development.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations, keynote content, and research outputs for senior technology and business audiences.
- Act as a market voice in collaboration with sales and internal research teams to shape thought leadership and client engagement strategies.
- Represent research insights externally through media, industry events, and professional networks, strengthening credibility and influence.
- Contribute to peer review, research innovation, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI, or related technical leadership roles (or equivalent experience).
- Deep expertise in AI-driven software development, including SDLC transformation and AI-enabled application design.
- Strong knowledge of leading LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude) and developer tools such as coding agents and copilots.
- Hands-on understanding of AI architectures, including agents and systems used in custom-built enterprise software.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and translate them into strategic guidance for enterprise technology leaders.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong research, writing, and storytelling skills, including the ability to create compelling visual and analytical content.
- Advanced presentation skills with experience delivering keynote-level content to large or executive audiences.
- Strong analytical ability to synthesize data from interviews, surveys, and market research into structured insights.
