This is a senior technical leadership role focused on shaping and driving enterprise-wide AI architecture across products, platforms, and engineering ecosystems. You will play a pivotal role in defining how AI is designed, governed, and operationalized at scale, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business objectives. Working closely with business leaders, product teams, and engineering stakeholders, you will influence strategic architecture decisions and establish reusable patterns for AI adoption. The role spans modern AI domains such as LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and AI observability. You will also help organizations adopt AI-powered development practices across the software lifecycle. This position is ideal for a hands-on architect who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys shaping technology direction at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the architecture design and governance of enterprise-wide AI initiatives across products, platforms, and shared capabilities.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solution architectures.
- Define and maintain architecture standards, reference patterns, and guardrails for AI systems and AI-enabled development practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms, and guide adoption decisions across the organization.
- Provide architectural leadership across AI orchestration, agentic workflows, LLM applications, retrieval systems, evaluation, and observability.
- Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise requirements including security, privacy, compliance, resilience, and maintainability.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers while contributing to technical strategy, architecture reviews, and roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong expertise in modern AI architectures including LLM-based systems, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, tool orchestration, and agentic workflows.
- Deep background in distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, data platforms, integration, and security design.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture standards, reusable patterns, and technical governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and executive audiences.
- Experience balancing innovation, risk management, scalability, and long-term maintainability in architecture decisions.
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk considerations is highly valued.
