GTM Engineer

HHA Exchange · New York City Metropolitan Area

HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care. Founded in 2008, HHAeXchange was born out of an idea to create a fully comprehensive end-to-end homecare solution to help people who are aging or have disabilities thrive in their homes and communities. Our employees are passionate about transforming the healthcare space by building the only homecare ecosystem that fully connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and states.

The GTM Engineer is the architect of HHAeXchange’s GTM systems infrastructure — responsible for designing, scaling, and evolving the automation and integration ecosystem that drives pipeline velocity and revenue growth. This role goes beyond executing on existing workflows: you will own the strategic vision for how our GTM tools connect, evolve, and compound over time. You will shape the next generation of our automation infrastructure, defining how signals flow across the stack and how systems are built to accelerate revenue motion at scale.

This is a hybrid position for members located in New York City Metro areas, with expectations to work onsite 3 days per week to support collaboration and engagement.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Essential Job Duties

    • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to design how funnel data flows across the GTM stack — ensuring signals move cleanly from first touch to revenue and surface as actionable pipeline insights.
    • Maintain and evolve the automation architecture connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zapier, 6sense, Clay, GA4, and other GTM tools — ensuring integrations remain reliable, scalable, and aligned to revenue outcomes.
    • Continuously identify friction in Growth execution and design automation to remove it.
    • Shape the strategic evolution of the GTM tool stack — evaluating, implementing, and retiring tools based on their ability to improve pipeline velocity, reporting accuracy, and long-term scalability.
    • Embed AI agents and LLM-powered automation across the GTM stack — deploying AI-native tools for signal interpretation, prospect research, content personalization, and workflow orchestration to eliminate manual effort and accelerate pipeline velocity at scale.
      • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and models for GTM applicability — moving quickly to integrate capabilities that can replace manual processes, enrich data pipelines, or unlock new automation plays across acquisition and expansion.
      • Ensure Growth programs respond dynamically to customer readiness, not static campaigns.
        • Work with growth marketers to operationalize behavioral signals (site activity, event engagement, demo requests, expansion indicators) into automated routing and lifecycle activation.
        • Architect workflows that eliminate manual handoffs across the funnel.
          • Build scalable automation for events, webinars, content downloads, demo routing, upsell motions, and outbound support.
  • Other Job Duties

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.
  • Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
  • Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Technical or analytical background preferred but not required.
      • Experience:
        • 5–8 years building and scaling GTM, growth, or revenue systems in a B2B environment.
        • Proven record of designing automation that directly influenced pipeline, revenue, or lifecycle performance.
        • Experience owning cross-functional execution between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
        • Background in SaaS or complex go-to-market environments strongly preferred.
        • Skills:
          • Has experience ideating about, and building, architecture across the end-to-end GTM ecosystem — from acquisition and lifecycle to expansion and outbound — with a clear mandate to shape how systems evolve, not just how they operate.
          • AI-first systems architect — designs GTM automation that embeds AI at key decision points, including multi-step AI agent pipelines for research, enrichment, qualification, and hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
          • Practical prompt engineering for GTM — writes, evaluates, and iterates prompts that power AI-driven enrichment, signal classification, content personalization, and outreach generation; understands how to get reliable, production-grade outputs from LLMs inside automated workflows.
          • Experience translating intent data, product usage data, and engagement signals into automated plays.
          • Deep experience building multi-step workflows that eliminate manual handoffs and accelerate revenue velocity.
          • Ability to diagnose bottlenecks across the marketing-to-sales funnel and design systems that improve conversion.
          • Build testing frameworks, not just campaigns — instrumentation, measurement, and iteration loops.
          • Technically fluent across no-code, low-code, and AI-augmented tooling — extends systems and structures data using the right tool for the job, from visual automation builders to AI coding assistants to light scripting when required.
          • Hands-on expertise across modern GTM systems such as:
            • CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
            • Sequencing / outbound tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach)
            • Business automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier)
            • AI-powered enrichment and GTM orchestration (e.g., Clay — including waterfall enrichment, AI-driven prospect research, and hyper-personalized outreach at scale)
            • Intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Bombora)
            • Data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit)
            • AI tools for GTM execution — comfortable applying LLMs and AI-native tools to signal interpretation, outreach personalization, content generation, and workflow automation
            • Web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Heap)
            • Other Requirements:
              • Systems-first thinker — you see processes as products
              • Bias toward building and automating over doing manual work.
              • Strategic GTM architect — evaluates every automation and integration decision through the lens of pipeline velocity, revenue impact, and long-term infrastructure scalability.
              • You have commercial instincts — every build is evaluated by whether it moves pipeline, not just whether it works.
              • Curiosity and experimental mindset — you test, measure, and iterate rather than set-and-forget.
              • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
              • Strong communicator can explain what a workflow does and why it matters to non-technical stakeholders.
