The Role
Crossix is positioned at the center of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences. Our mission is to empower life sciences companies with the data and insights they need to drive DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness and, ultimately, better patient outcomes. As part of Veeva, the Crossix team offers the agility of a high-growth team with the stability of a global leader.
You will play a critical role in supporting our Client Services team by maintaining close, collaborative partnerships with media publishers to ensure seamless execution for our mutual clients. You will work with our Product and Strategy teams to vet inbound opportunities and grow our 1st Party Connect (1PC) program.
What You'll Do
Publisher Support & Advocacy: Lead as the primary point of contact for media partners, ensuring they are fully supported to meet the needs of mutual customers and enabling the ultimate success of existing partnerships
Client Services Collaboration: Work in lockstep with the Client Services team to resolve partner-related hurdles and ensure successful project delivery
Inbound Management: Identify and evaluate inbound partnership opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership based on strategic fit and technical feasibility
Contracting & Process Management: Execute partnership paperwork, renewals, and legal processes in close coordination with legal and technical teams
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders by effectively communicating and managing project timelines, efficiently troubleshooting technical challenges, and executing with operational excellence
Strategic Alignment: Understand product roadmaps to ensure the publisher network supports evolving data types and Crossix features
Requirements
Work Experience: 3+ years in media, adtech, strategy, or operations within life sciences or technology
Media & Health Tech Expertise: Foundational knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem, including data flows between media owners and measurement providers
Regulatory Knowledge: Functional understanding of healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and their application in media and commercial data
Contracting Experience: Proven experience managing contracting paperwork and working closely with legal teams to finalize partnership agreements
Negotiation & Strategy: Ability to lead partner discussions by thinking quickly, creatively, and strategically to solve for mutual customer success
Executive Presence: Strong presentation skills and comfort interfacing with senior leaders at major publishing and media organizations
Quantitative Skills: Ability to assess datasets and calculate business metrics related to media performance
Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to internal and external stakeholders

Industry Tools: Familiarity with existing syndicated data products and data aggregators within the healthcare space
Technical Adaptability: Experience working in a data-focused environment or with health tech platforms
Problem Solving: A proven track record of being an entrepreneurial problem solver and critical thinker
Advanced Project Management: Experience leading complex, cross-departmental projects in a highly organized and efficient fashion

Compensation
Base pay: $100,000 - $150,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
