⚡️ Your role
As Team Lead Implementation, you are at the heart of our Customer Success organisation. Your mission: lead and grow a team of Implementation consultants, structure how we deliver value to our largest clients, and turn a high-performing but fast-moving team into a truly scalable function. You will own the full implementation experience for our mid-market and enterprise accounts — from kickoff to go-live — while building the processes, tools and rituals that make your team excellent.
🎯 What you'll do
🏗️ Lead your team, Structure & scale the function
Manage, coach and develop a team of Implementation consultants (a mix of senior and junior profiles), fostering a culture of trust and ownership
Clarify roles and responsibilities across the implementation lifecycle — making sure nothing falls between the cracks
Own, challenge and contribute to improving the implementation methodology, playbooks and best practices
Drive change management with the rollout of Rocketlane as our new project management tool (starting September)
📊 Pilot performance
Run regular 1:1s, team rituals and performance reviews
Define and track KPIs across the team (time-to-value, project health, Service margin, stock)
Report on delivery performance and flag risks proactively to leadership
🤝 Drive client success on strategic accounts
Own or support delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Act as an executive escalation point when implementations face friction
Build trusted relationships with C-level contacts on key accounts
🔗 Be the bridge
Partner with CS Ops and Strategy teams on tooling and process improvements and implicate the team
Work closely with Sales, CSM, and Product teams to align on client expectations and product gaps
Feed insights from the field back into the organisation to improve the overall client journey

You have experience in Professional Services in a SaaS environment
You have already managed a team — even a small one — and you're ready to take it to the next level
You are structured, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
You know how to address C-level stakeholders with confidence and clarity
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You take initiatives and don't wait to be told what to do
You are fluent in French and English
