The Role
Office Experience Manager is a key role within the APAC Office Experience team and is the most senior Office Experience role in Philippines.
The primary focus of this role is to support SEEK’s unique culture and help drive the overarching office experience of SEEK’s people; both of which are critical to SEEK’s success. This is achieved by developing and executing strategic Office Experience plans and associated tactical requirements for SEEK in Philippines so that SEEK employees can consistently deliver the right outcomes and have a phenomenal experience in doing so.
Leading 2 people this role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for SEEK’s people through delivery of three main areas of work, 1) Office Services, 2) Events & Culture, and 3) Safe, productive and enjoyable office environment. This role manages operation of key service areas and initiatives within Philippines.

The Team
This role forms part of the SEEK’s Corporate Communications & Office Experience team, which is a key strategic function within the People & Culture division. The role reports to the Office Experience Manager (Emerging Markets) and manages a team of one plus other supporting vendors.
