The Senior Network IT Engineer supports the development of secure, scalable, and resilient networks by designing and implementing enterprise LAN/WLAN networks, leading complex projects, and providing expert-level support across global sites. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners, contributes to architectural decisions, and drives continuous improvement aligned with modern IT practices including automation.
• Under general supervision, this position will support, maintain, and configure Global communications infrastructure.
• Manage and help implement LAN/WLAN architecture incl. CISCO wireless standards
• Schedules and performs installations, MAC (moves, adds and changes) and upgrades in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinating and performing telecommunications setup and add/moves/changes in a VoIP environment. This includes both local and remote changes for VoIP programming (Cisco), SIP Trunking.
• Provides increased levels of performance utilizing advanced features such as QOS, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, etc.
• Communication and collaboration with external suppliers, e.g., managed service providers, software and hardware vendors, as well as internal departments, business units and group sectors
• Creates on-site documentation for local IT to be able to better support devices at their locations.
• Monitor and control network performance in the areas of response, throughput and availability.
• Reseach specific products as necessary, participating in tool and vendor evaluations.

▪ Lead and deliver complex network projects across global locations
▪ Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams
• This position will be supporting our Plants/Offices globally. Travel to these plants may be required
