The End User Services Intern will support the End User Services team in delivering day-to-day IT support and maintaining a consistent, secure, and high-quality end user experience.

This role provides exposure to desktop support, device management, and IT service operations while assisting senior team members with basic operational tasks

What you’ll need to bring to the team:

• Provide first-level support for end user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals)

• Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues under supervision

• Support installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications

• Help track and monitor IT tickets and ensure timely updates to users

• Assist with routine system updates and patching activities

• Support asset management activities (inventory tracking, device setup, and decommissioning)

• Work with team members to maintain documentation and standard operating procedures

• Assist in preparing reports on common issues and service trends

• Coordinate with internal teams (Help Desk, Infrastructure, Security) for issue resolution

• Follow IT security policies and support basic endpoint security practices Learning opportunities

• Exposure to enterprise tools and endpoint management systems

• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing processes

• Hands-on experience with desktop support and end user environments

• Basic exposure to security and patch management practices

• Insight into ITIL-based service delivery and operational processes

• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience by contributing to regional and global IT project rollouts and initiatives

More about you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with computer hardware and troubleshooting fundamentals

• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Attention to detail and good organizational skill
