Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud (AJO, CDP, AEM Assets, Workfront, GenStudio)

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Adobe Experience Cloud professional with 8–10 years of experience to drive digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, content supply chain, and marketing automation. This role requires a strong blend of business process understanding, solution architecture, and hands-on platform expertise across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets, Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.

The candidate will partner with business, marketing, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys and content operations leveraging the Adobe ecosystem.

1. Techno-Functional Solutioning

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Design integrated solutions across AJO, CDP, AEM Assets, Workfront, and GenStudio.
  • Build data flow, journey orchestration, and content supply chain.

2. Customer Journey & Personalization (AJO)

  • Design and implement real-time customer journeys, triggers, and orchestration flows.
  • Collaborate with business teams to enable multi-channel engagement strategies (email, SMS, web, push).
  • Optimize journey performance using segmentation and trigger-based activation.
     

3. Customer Data Platform (CDP / AEP)

  • Define and implement unified customer profiles by integrating multiple data sources.
  • Support identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation strategies.
  • Enable use cases such as campaign targeting, personalization, and analytics.

4. AEM Assets & Content Supply Chain

  • Manage and optimize digital asset lifecycle within AEM Assets (DAM).
  • Enable asset performance insights and link assets to campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content, UX, and marketing teams on asset governance and reuse.

5. Workfront (Marketing Operations)

  • Drive implementation and optimization of Workfront for campaign planning and workflows.
  • Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and campaign lifecycle management.
  • Integrate Workfront with AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud for seamless content operations.
     

6. GenStudio & AI-led Content Innovation

  • Support adoption of Adobe GenStudio and AI-driven content generation capabilities.
  • Identify use cases for performance marketing and automated content creation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver AI-powered campaign optimization.

7. Integration & Architecture

  • Design integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, eCommerce).
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, middleware, and cloud deployments.

8. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Provide thought leadership on Adobe best practices and roadmap alignment.
  • 8–10 years of overall experience in digital platforms, marketing technology, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    • Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP
    • AEM Assets (DAM)
    • Adobe Workfront
    • Adobe GenStudio or similar AI-driven content platforms
  • Proven experience in:
    • Customer journey orchestration and campaign management
    • Data integration and customer profile unification
    • Content supply chain and digital asset management
  • Exposure to Adobe Cloud migrations and enterprise-scale implementations.
