Establish disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices to ensure compliance and reliability. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
