HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in incident management.
