Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to aligning platform components with organizational needs, fostering effective communication among teams, and supporting the overall data infrastructure strategy to enable efficient data management and accessibility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data platform integration and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on platform design and integration.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the data platform.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data platform architecture and design principles.
- Experience working with data integration and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data visualization and platform monitoring.
- Capability to analyze complex data flows and contribute to optimizing data accessibility and usability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
