Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various systems and software products, either remotely or onsite, while adhering to established operational models and processes. The practitioner handles hardware and software support tasks, focusing on operating system-level technology across servers, networks, and specific software solutions. Daily activities include performing first and second level troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Windows Scripting.
- Strong knowledge of operating system fundamentals and server management.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues at various levels.
- Familiarity with network configurations and protocols relevant to system support.
- Ability to work with multiple software vendors and brands to resolve technical challenges.
- Competence in managing and maintaining both remote and onsite technical environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Scripting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
