Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline environment creation and configuration processes. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of cloud platforms, continuously enhancing the infrastructure to support evolving project requirements and maintain optimal performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Experience in designing and managing cloud-based environments and automation pipelines.
- Strong understanding of environment configuration and deployment best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
