Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced F5 Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot F5 application delivery and security solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in F5 BIG-IP technologies, load balancing, application traffic management, and network security concepts.
The role involves supporting enterprise network infrastructure, optimizing application delivery, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP devices
Administer and support:
o Local Traffic Manager (LTM)
o Global Traffic Manager (GTM/DNS)
o Web Application Firewall (ASM/AWAF)
Implement load balancing and SSL offloading solutions
Manage virtual servers, pools, monitors, iRules, and profiles
Configure high availability (HA) and failover environments
Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and system maintenance
Troubleshoot network, application, and traffic-related issues
Monitor system performance and optimize traffic flow
Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams
Support incident response and root cause analysis
Required Skills
Strong understanding of:
o TCP/IP
o DNS
o HTTP/HTTPS
o SSL/TLS
o Routing & Switching
o VLANs and NAT
Hands-on experience with:
o F5 BIG-IP LTM
o GTM/DNS
o iRules
o SSL certificates and profiles
Qualifications
3–8 years of Network experience
2+ years of hands-on F5 administration experience
Relevant certifications (preferred):
o F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (101/201)
o CCNA / CCNP
Soft Skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team collaboration and incident management experience

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
