Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service Purchasing and Inventory modules to provide production support, issue resolution, configuration support, and functional/technical assistance for utility clients. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in inventory management, procurement processes, storeroom operations, material requests, and Oracle Utilities integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for WACS Purchasing and Inventory modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests.
Support procurement lifecycle including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, approvals, and vendor management.
Manage inventory processes such as stock item maintenance, storeroom setup, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and material issues.
Support material reservation and material request integrations between WACS and Oracle SCM/Fusion applications.
Monitor interface jobs, batch processes, and integration failures.
Coordinate with business users for issue clarification, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Perform configuration changes and support deployment activities.
Work closely with technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and data corrections.
Prepare support documentation, KT documents, SOPs, and user guides.
Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
Support month-end and inventory reconciliation activities.
Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely closure of tickets.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service Purchasing and Inventory modules.
Knowledge of: Inventory Management , Stock Item Management, Storeroom Management, Material Requests & Reservations, Purchase Orders & Receiving & Vendor Management
Inventory Adjustments & Transfers
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM / ERP integrations.
Good understanding of utility business processes and asset management.
Hands-on experience in support and maintenance projects.
Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge for troubleshooting.
Experience in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy.
Knowledge of batch monitoring and interface troubleshooting.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
5+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in Oracle Utilities WACS Support Consultant – Purchasing & Inventory.
This position is based at our Gurgaon office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
