Junior DevOps Specialist

Responsible for: the results of his/her professional activity, the progress of the performed basic tasks and the consequences generated, his/her own decisions, the entrusted work equipment and objects, safety of other persons involved in his/her work, compliance with the labour protection instructions and work discipline. 

Work tasks: to develop and document software testing plans, to develop innovative concepts and applications, working in an automation team; to participate in the development of automation solutions, from prototypes of new functionality and technologies to their integration into the general products and offers of the company, thus developing knowledge and skills in this field; to test and deliver automation solutions; to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of applications and components in cooperation with the testing team; to monitor and correct any defects or performance issues detected during testing; to perform design, coding, application maintenance and testing works according to the manager's instructions; to write and provide code according to time and quality expectations; to follow processes and requirements in the project and the company. 

Knows: methods and techniques for the analysis and synthesis of the researched problem, principles of operation and rules of use of technical means used in the work, technology and organisation of work to be carried out, industry terminology, industry-related laws, regulations and standards, requirements of the labour and environmental protection laws and regulations, legal labour relationship norms, basic principles of professional ethics and norms of behaviour. 

Able to: communicate in spoken and written English; has basic skills in object-orientated programming; knowledge of databases and basic principles of their use; principles of cooperation in major projects; apply theoretical knowledge in practice and continuously supplement it; use information technologies; self-educate; improve professional skills and abilities.
