The IT System Administrator in this role will provide technical expertise and maintain the overall operation of computer systems and networks, thus supporting all internal clients within the organization.
Skywise operates multiple offices and sites supported by on premise and cloud systems. It is a primary Windows Server environment, with industry leading tools in place for monitoring, security, and management of servers and clients. As a part of the Airbus family, Skywise employs world class security tools to ensure the safety of our users and data.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the IT infrastructure of the Gdansk office to ensure smooth, reliable operation of systems and services.
Act as Level 2 - 3 support for users, applications, and workstation issues after triage, as part of a team supporting approx 150 employees.
Administer workstation management tools including SmartDeploy for provisioning and NinjaRMM for configuration management and monitoring.
Administer identity access management systems including Active Directory, Entra ID, and BeyondTrust PAM.
Create SOP documentation for Level 1 support team to move processes to them.
Maintain the Gdansk hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of endpoints.
Maintain inventory and asset configuration process and documentation.
Manage third-party vendors.
Interact with other team members from different countries.
Must-Haves:
8-10 years’ experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016+) / desktop OS (Windows 11)
Advanced knowledge of identity management in a hybrid Active Directory / Entra ID environment.
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with scripting languages including powershell.
Managing endpoint lifecycle including creating and maintaining master images of endpoints.
Experience with Remote Machine Management for configuration management endpoints.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
Knowledge of AWS hosting an asset
Must be reliable, responsible and a self-starter.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting.
English proficiency in a technical environment

Successful completion of college associate or bachelor’s degree in an information technology field or equivalent work experience
