We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team within our Platform Engineering organization.
Our mission is to empower engineers who take ownership, seek accountability, and care deeply about delivering reliable and performant experiences to end users. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for building and evolving foundational capabilities that enable engineers across Lattice to deliver high-quality products efficiently, reliably, and at scale. You'll partner closely with engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders throughout the organization to improve engineering effectiveness, strengthen operational excellence, and support long-term platform investments.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $187,500- $234,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
