This is a senior executive technology leadership role within a fast-scaling digital ecosystem operating across performance marketing, digital products, automation, and proprietary platform development. The position plays a critical role in defining and executing the company’s long-term technology vision, ensuring the infrastructure can support high-volume operations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous product innovation. You will lead the evolution of scalable architectures, engineering teams, and digital platforms that power growth across multiple business lines. The role requires a strong balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with business leadership to align technology with commercial goals and product expansion. This is a key opportunity to shape the technological foundation of a rapidly expanding digital business and its future initiatives, including payments and AI-driven solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business growth, product expansion, and long-term digital ecosystem development.
  • Lead and scale engineering, architecture, data, DevOps, SRE, and security functions, ensuring operational excellence and technical consistency.
  • Drive the design and evolution of scalable cloud-native architectures, including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Oversee infrastructure reliability, security, compliance, and performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements such as LGPD.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data strategy, governance, and AI-driven initiatives to enhance automation and decision-making.
  • Support the creation and scaling of new digital products and platforms, including future payment-related initiatives.
  • Establish engineering standards, frameworks, and processes that support scalability, quality, and delivery efficiency.
  • Develop and mentor technical leaders, building a strong leadership pipeline within the technology organization.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and product leadership, aligning technology execution with commercial priorities.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement in solving complex technical and organizational challenges.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in executive technology leadership roles, ideally as CTO or VP of Engineering in high-growth environments.
    • Strong background in building and scaling engineering teams and complex digital products.
    • Advanced expertise in cloud environments (AWS), microservices, APIs, and distributed system architecture.
    • Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE practices, observability, and system reliability engineering.
    • Strong experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and automation initiatives.
    • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure governance, and regulatory compliance (including LGPD).
    • Experience with fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-scale digital platforms is highly desirable.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational influence skills at executive level.
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environments with strong execution focus.
    • Experience building multi-tenant or white-label platforms is a plus.
