You will lead a large-scale engineering organization within one of the most advanced real estate technology ecosystems in Latin America. This role is focused on driving technical strategy, organizational excellence, and product scalability across a high-growth, data-driven marketplace. You will be responsible for shaping long-term engineering vision while ensuring strong execution across multiple teams and domains. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and deeply rooted in innovation and performance. You will translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps and ensure engineering decisions directly support marketplace growth and efficiency. This is a strategic leadership position with significant impact on platform evolution, developer experience, and overall business performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and scale a large engineering organization, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Define and execute a multi-year technical and product strategy, aligning engineering direction with broader company objectives and marketplace growth priorities.
  • Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical roadmaps while ensuring alignment across teams, systems, and organizational structure.
  • Drive engineering excellence by establishing strong technical standards, scalable architectures, and best practices that improve reliability, velocity, and quality.
  • Oversee the development of platforms and systems that enhance marketplace scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with product, business, and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience leading large, complex engineering organizations in high-scale, product-driven environments.
    • Strong ability to define and execute long-term technical and product strategies aligned with business outcomes.
    • Demonstrated success in translating business objectives into engineering roadmaps and scalable system architectures.
    • Deep understanding of engineering excellence principles, including system design, scalability, and technical governance.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, align, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
    • Experience working in marketplace, platform, or high-growth technology environments is highly valued.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively at executive level.
