  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data teams, and cross-functional engineering leaders to define and deliver growth initiatives across the user lifecycle.
  • Own end-to-end execution of growth experiments and product improvements, including planning, prioritization, delivery, and measurement of outcomes.
  • Drive experimentation strategy using hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing frameworks, and structured prioritization methods such as ICE scoring.
  • Provide technical leadership across fullstack systems, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, well-instrumented experiment design.
  • Collaborate across product boundaries to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and effective ownership transitions for cross-team initiatives.
  • Analyze experiment results and product metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scale successful initiatives.
  • Champion AI-driven workflows and experimentation practices to accelerate product iteration and improve user value delivery.
  • Foster strong asynchronous communication and effective operating rhythms across distributed teams.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing engineering or product engineering teams in growth, product-led, or experimentation-focused environments.
    • Strong technical background with the ability to guide fullstack engineering architecture and implementation decisions.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
    • Demonstrated success in improving key growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, or revenue through iterative development.
    • Ability to translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, actionable direction for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams in asynchronous environments.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, team development, and building high-performance cultures.
    • Familiarity with developer tools and product-led growth environments is an asset.
    • Interest in AI-driven development practices and applying emerging technologies to improve product outcomes.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, and equity opportunities.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and mental health coverage.
      • Flexible remote-first work environment within the United States.
      • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and wellness days.
      • Strong focus on learning, development, and internal career mobility.
      • Opportunity to work on high-impact growth initiatives at scale in a globally used platform.
      • Inclusive, values-driven culture that supports collaboration, experimentation, and innovation.
      • Access to modern tools, AI-enabled workflows, and advanced engineering practices.
