$115,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 17.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 17.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The AVP, Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking relationships while ensuring strong credit quality, risk management, and client retention. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, delivering deposit, treasury, lending, and other banking solutions that support client objectives and the Bank's growth strategy.
