La/il Logistics Order to Cash & Tender Sr Manager, sotto la supervisione dell’Head of Finance, è responsabile delle attività di Order to Cash (OTC), gestione delle gare ospedaliere e della supervisione delle operazioni svolte dal provider logistico esterno.
Responsabilità principali
Gestione del processo Order to Cash (ordini, spedizioni, fatturazione, incassi, resi e programmi non commerciali), garantendo l’aggiornamento dei sistemi ERP (anagrafiche, accordi, listini) e il coordinamento con Finance su temi fiscali e contabili e operazioni.
Supervisione delle attività di magazzino e distribuzione, assicurando il rispetto dei KPI, la disponibilità dei prodotti e la continuità del flusso logistico, inclusi serializzazione e bollini.
Gestione di gare, offerte commerciali e accordi, in linea con le decisioni di business, garantendo il rispetto dei processi amministrativi e il monitoraggio dei bandi.
Responsabilità del processo di recupero crediti e monitoraggio dei KPI finanziari (DSO), in collaborazione con Finance.
Gestione e sviluppo del team, con attività di coaching, valutazione delle performance, talent management e promozione di una cultura orientata all’etica, collaborazione e ai risultati.
Requisiti
Il ruolo richiede il pieno rispetto delle normative interne, degli standard etici e legali (incluso codice AIFP), nonché la corretta gestione di eventuali segnalazioni relative a sicurezza e qualità dei prodotti.

The Logistics Order to Cash & Tender Sr Manager, reporting to the Head of Finance, is responsible for Order to Cash (OTC) activities, hospital tender management, and the supervision of operations carried out by the external logistics provider.
Key Responsibilities
Management of the Order to Cash process (orders, shipments, invoicing, collections, returns, and non-commercial programs), ensuring the proper update of ERP systems (master data, agreements, price lists) and coordination with Finance on tax, accounting, and operational matters.
Supervision of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs, product availability, and continuity of the logistics flow, including serialization and labeling requirements.
Management of tenders, commercial offers, and agreements, in line with business decisions, ensuring compliance with administrative processes and monitoring of tender procedures.
Responsibility for the credit collection process and monitoring of financial KPIs (DSO), in collaboration with Finance.
Team management and development, including coaching, performance evaluation, talent management, and fostering a culture focused on ethics, collaboration, and results.
Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in roles involving management/coordination of tenders and/or supply chain – customer service.
• Knowledge of national and international logistics flows.
• Previous experience or aptitude in managing and/or coordinating resources and complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong results orientation and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work in cross-functional and global environments.
• Ability to operate in complex and ambiguous situations.
• Knowledge of regulatory aspects, procurement code, and hospital tenders.
The role requires full compliance with internal regulations, ethical and legal standards (including the AIFP Code), as well as proper management of any reporting related to product safety and quality.
