Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, or a related function.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with core finance data tools and data sets (SAP, SQL, etc.).
- Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships, work in a changing, constantly evolving environment, and drive operational initiatives.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent investigative and quantitative modeling skills.
