Launch your advisory career with M&T Bank. We’re seeking a licensed banker or early-career advisor to grow within the Easton market—partnering with a top-producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.
What You’ll Do:
Build client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships
Deliver investment and insurance solutions
Support portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management
Partner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams
What You Bring:
Banking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred)
Strong relationship-building skills and growth mindset
Licenses (or willing to obtain):
Series 7, 63, and 65/66
Life/Variable Insurance
Experience Required:
Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ investment or insurance sales experience
FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses
