Join our team as a Risk Management Analyst, where you'll contribute to safeguarding our operations and ensuring business continuity. You will implement and maintain comprehensive risk management processes, coordinate risk assessments across various business units, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position includes conducting internal trainings, raising risk awareness, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. You'll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, while supporting our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain comprehensive risk management and business continuity processes
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate and guide risk assessment groups
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR
Keys to Success
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

- Confidence in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving improvements
Education
- Advanced Degree in Law or Compliance (no prior experience required), or
- Bachelor’s degree in law or other discipline
Experience
- Experience in risk management and business continuity processes (preferred)
- Exposure to quality management systems and document preparation
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data protection requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Understanding of Risk Management and Business Continuity Management systems
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Skills in facilitating and leading risk-related discussions and workshops
- Strong communication and presentation, skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Legal knowledge, including an understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is considered an advantage

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1,983.33–€2,970.83.
