Success in the role requires curiosity and flexibility, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort operating in a fast‑changing environment, alongside a passion for turning complex data into clear, decision‑ready insights.
  • This hands-on role requires strong commercial acumen with the desire and ability to challenge the status quo to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and performance of the Advisory function. The successful candidate will need a strong  P&L and Balance Sheet understanding to be able to challenge and improve the interplay between net liabilities and revenue/consumption.

The successful candidate is expected to work closely with the Global Advisory Finance Partner team, different Finance teams within Visa Europe including Controllership and FP&A in Europe, and other Finance business partners across functions and geographies. Therefore, relevance would be given to individuals that can manage cross-functionally teams including to name a few: Controllership, Client Incentive Org (CIO), FVO/GARP, and VIK Champions among other senior stakeholders.
