- Serve as principal liaison to external auditors (PCAOB-registered firm), managing audit and review cycles with efficiency and transparency, and lead SOX 404 compliance including design and maintenance of internal controls and deficiency remediation

- Oversee the monthly and quarterly close process, driving efficiency, accuracy, and continual reduction in close cycle time, including global consolidation across US and international entities
- Partner with FP&A on management reporting, ensuring alignment between GAAP results and non-GAAP metrics used in board and investor materials
- Build, mentor, and retain a world-class accounting team; define career ladders, set performance standards, and cultivate a culture of ownership and excellence
- Drive ERP optimization and automation initiatives to scale accounting operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, Engineering, and Revenue Operations
- Support due diligence and purchase price accounting for acquisitions, and advise on the accounting structuring of equity financings, secondary transactions, and SPAC or direct listing considerations
