- Manage the consolidation of worldwide tax provision information, including legal entity results, deferred tax rollforwards, tax account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Monitor and analyze the company's effective tax rate (ETR), including key drivers, discrete items, and forecasting impacts on future reporting periods.
Partner with External Advisors & Internal Stakeholders
- Manage relationships with third-party tax consulting firms supporting the tax provision process.

- Provide technical guidance on tax-sensitive transactions and support documentation of tax accounting positions.
Strengthen Controls, Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Maintain and execute SOX controls over the tax provision process, including documentation, reconciliations, review controls, and management sign-offs.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing technical analyses, responding to auditor inquiries, and maintaining robust supporting documentation.
- Oversee provision-to-return analyses and ensure consistency between tax accounting positions and filed tax returns.

Drive Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve tax reporting processes.
- Enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of tax accounting operations.
- Strengthen internal controls and reduce risk through process optimization and documentation improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
