Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced pricing and revenue operations professional to cover maternity leave on our Pricing team (6 to 8-month contract). This is a cross-functional role working closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business Technology. You'll own the pricing desk day-to-day and play a critical role in keeping deals moving and pricing governance tight during a period of active product and packaging evolution.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Own the pricing desk end-to-end: manage deal approvals, evaluate and escalate pricing exceptions, and support sales team through complex deal structures

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing mechanics, flagging risks and inconsistencies as they arise

  • Operationalize pricing updates by coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Deal Desk, Legal, and Business Technology to ensure changes are reflected accurately in systems and processes

  • Develop and roll out pricing communications and training to Sales teams

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Prior experience in a pricing, deal desk, or revenue operations role - ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment

  • Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders from Sales to Finance to Legal

  • Familiarity with CPQ tools and/or pricing governance frameworks is a plus

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Detail-oriented with good judgment on when to escalate vs. resolve independently

  • Able to ramp quickly and operate with minimal handholding in a fast-moving environment
