We are now looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to help drive performance, deliver insight, and support better decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible role partnering with both finance and commercial teams, giving you real exposure to how the business operates and grows. Reporting into our Commercial Finance Manager for Northern Europe, this role will work across our Nordic markets based from our beautiful Kungsholmen office, with hybrid working possible.

Key responsibilites:

  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting across sales and business performance
  • Turn data into clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support sales performance through target setting and commission data
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Partner with Finance Controllers and commercial teams to improve outcomes
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business
  • Help ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strong processes

    • About you:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or sales operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced Excel skills (ideally including macros/VBA)
  • Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on solving problems
  • Can translate numbers into meaningful business insight
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Swedish is required
