Your mission:
We are seeking our Front-End Web Engineer to join the Door to Door team. This pivotal role will directly contribute to one of BlaBlaCar's key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to rapidly iterate while also considering future system scalability.
You will thrive in an environment defined by high autonomy, where we encourage proactive involvement across various scopes of our product ecosystem and underlying architecture. Our mission is to develop a new "door-to-door" experience within the BlaBlaCar product, offering the convenience of car ownership without the burden. We aim to expand our passenger and driver base by providing a richer and more diverse offering, potentially reaching individuals who currently don't consider carpooling. This initiative is crucial for the continued global growth of carpooling and for achieving our #zeroemptyseats mission.
Our Ambitious Goals:
By 2028, we target 1 million passengers utilizing this new feature, generating an additional €5 million in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
