Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale the web applications that power our insurance and financial products. You will own features end-to-end, from intuitive user interfaces to reliable backend services, working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver fast, scalable, and high-quality software.

Focus

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.

• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces with modern web technologies.

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly ship new features.

• Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and system architecture.

Ideal Experience

• Strong experience building production web applications.

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from design discussions to deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution and ownership.
