Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and deliver high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Ability to design and optimize databases and APIs to support robust application functionality.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable solutions.
- Experience in applying agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
