Summarized Purpose:

We are offering an opportunity for a Lead Fullstack Developer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications while driving technical excellence across frontend and backend systems.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in fullstack application development

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop frontend and backend application components
• Build scalable APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Mentor developers and support technical best practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Java/Python/Node.js)
• Experience with API development and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Must Have Skills:

• Fullstack development expertise
• React/Angular and backend programming experience
• API and microservices development
• SQL and cloud platform knowledge

Good to Have Skills:

• DevOps and containerization tools
• AI/ML integration exposure
• Experience with enterprise systems integration

Working Hours:

• India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
• Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
