Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategies and proposals to drive order growth across LATAM;
Power Quality product portfolio (Reactive Power Compensation & Power Quality equipment such as, Air Core Reactors, Harmonic Filters & Capacitor Banks)
Prepare competitive offers including pricing and technical-commercial alignment;
Lead customer negotiations and maximize business opportunities;
Identify new opportunities with internal teams and stakeholders;
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking;
Maintain relationships with customers, KAMs, and participate in technical/commercial meetings.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or another Engineerings;
Experience in Sales, Commercial, Tendering, or Proposals;
Knowledge of Power Quality products or high-voltage equipment;
Understanding of the LATAM utilities market (TSOs/DSOs);
Advanced English;
