The Thermal Manufacturing Engineering (TME) team delivers cooling solutions for Google Cloud serving all of Google's functions and customers.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. We empower Google customers with breakthrough capabilities and insights by delivering AI and Infrastructure at unparalleled scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity. Our customers include Googlers, Google Cloud customers, and billions of Google users worldwide.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $120000 - $172000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
  
• Experience with manufacturing fixture design.
• Experience with operations and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with multiple processes such as machining, welding, brazing (furnace, vacuum), soldering, sintering, stamping, skiving, assembly, die casting, injection molding, and leak detection.
